She does not need to keep record of each client’s requirements and training history; she knows each of them and remembers their specific needs and circumstances.

Dalene comes from a compliance background, with experience gained as a quality assessor and risk administrator in the financial services industry. She is qualified as a paralegal and is an analytical thinker with a client-centric approach to providing solutions to technical challenges.

She has patience – a lot of it. And she is an Excel wizard.
