Compliance Online helps South African and African organisations make employees aware of compliance obligations and keep usable records of what was done.

We provide compliance awareness content, delivery routes, reporting and managed support for organisations that need to show who was included, what they received, what they completed or acknowledged, and what record can be produced afterwards.

Over the past two decades, we have helped more than 300 organisations turn compliance obligations into practical employee awareness, supported by records they can use when they need to show what was done.

From building ELLO, our compliance-first LMS, to tailoring awareness content and introducing Policy Passport as a practical way to distribute employee-facing policies, capture acknowledgements and keep clearer sign-off records, our focus has always been on making compliance simpler and more effective.

Sarah Lovemore Roux

Sarah comes at compliance through a mix of philosophy, psychology, systems thinking and law, which shapes how she thinks about the work: compliance only matters if people can recognise what is expected of them, and if the organisation can show what was done.

Her role is to build on Compliance Online’s 20+ year foundation while helping the business grow into its next chapter: clearer employee compliance awareness, better reporting, and records that are useful when someone asks what happened.

Dalene Cleophas

Dalene runs Compliance Online’s operations with calm authority and sharp attention to detail. She knows every system, every client, and every story, and if she doesn’t, she knows exactly where to find it. Guided by experience, she combines precision with patience and knows the fine balance between getting it perfect and getting it done.

Nino Haasbroek

Behind every seamless login and smooth rollout, there’s Nino. He’s been shaping Compliance Online’s technology for over a decade, building systems that are strong, scalable, and quietly elegant. With degrees in informatics and accounting, he knows how to balance detail with design. Dexter, his dog, is his silent partner in every good solution.

Michelle Le Roux

Michelle has been part of Compliance Online’s journey from early on and helped raise Policy Passport from its first login. Now, as Customer Experience Manager, she brings that same care and insight to every product we build. Calm under pressure and quick to solve a problem, Michelle makes complex things feel simple, and people feel heard.

Ceri Marillier

Ceri’s path from the lab to learning design makes perfect sense once you see her work. A scientist by training and an educator by instinct, she’s our in-house compliance learning expert and the one who makes sense of the complicated stuff. Her legendary notebook keeps the details in line while her thinking keeps the rest of us inspired.

Elmarie Davies

When things get busy, Elmarie stays steady. She’s the calm voice, the careful listener, and the person who somehow already has the answer written down. With her background in office management and governance, she keeps our Service Desk running with quiet confidence. Measured, kind, and grounded, Elmarie shows up each day with the same easy grace that makes her a pleasure to work with.

Dylan has a quiet way of making complex things clear, helping transform data into dashboards and features that help our clients work smarter. With a BCom in Econometrics from Stellenbosch and a genuine love of learning, he blends statistical learning with practical problem-solving. Quietly curious and exacting, he turns ideas into features that work, beautifully and reliably.
