Employee compliance awareness that stands up as evidence.
A proportionate awareness model
Different awareness requirements need different responses
Making a file available is not the same as teaching employees about a compliance risk. The right intervention depends on what employees need to receive, understand or complete, and what the organisation needs to show afterwards.
File distribution
Make a company file available to the right people and require viewing where appropriate.
File and sign-off
Distribute a file and require users to view it and complete a formal sign-off, declaration or attestation.
Focused file awareness
Use a company file or short awareness asset with Sign-off and Questions where more engagement is needed but a full course would be excessive.
Structured compliance awareness
Enrol employees in a course that teaches a law, code or compliance risk through sequenced explanation, examples, scenarios, checks for understanding and escalation guidance.
Suggested route is ELLO or SCORM depending on your delivery requirements.
Company-specific structured awareness
Enrol employees in a customised course that combines the regulatory content with the organisation’s files, risks, scenarios, processes, escalation routes and expected conduct.
Suggested route is ELLO or SCORM depending on your delivery requirements.
Refresher training
Where employees have completed an ELLO course before and the content has not materially changed, they can go directly to the assessment. A pass completes the refresher requirement; a failed assessment requires them to repeat the full course.
Frontline awareness
Employees need compliance awareness, but individual e-learning is not a realistic way to reach them, so the content is delivered through short, facilitated video sessions suited to their working conditions.
