Understand responsible AI use
The course introduces AI in easy to understand workplace terms.
It explains what AI is, where employees may already encounter it, how AI can be used at work, and what benefits and opportunities it may offer.
It also covers the main risks of AI use, including data privacy, confidentiality, fairness, non-discrimination, accountability, transparency, human oversight, company rules and the consequences of irresponsible AI use.
The focus is on practical employee awareness: what to check before using an AI tool, when human review is needed, and when risky or irresponsible AI use should be reported.

Responsible AI awareness helps employees understand that AI use is not only a technology issue.
