Compliance training costs depend on the awareness intervention required, the compliance topic, the number of employees, how training is delivered and who manages the process.
Some clients know exactly what they need. Others appreciate help working out the most practical and cost-effective way to reach their employees. We’re happy to work with both.
ELLO Managed Training
For organisations that want us to manage their compliance training.
We handle enrolments, learner communication, reminders, support, tracking and reporting through ELLO.
Pricing: Course enrolments are charged using graduated volume rates, with a separate annual managed-service fee. Client-specific customisation is quoted where required.
ELLO Annual Learning Plans (ALP)
For smaller professional teams that want their compliance training coordinated for the year, without running an LMS themselves.
An Annual Learning Plan brings your organisation’s training into one managed, 12-month arrangement. We coordinate the agreed courses, enrolments, reminders and reporting, rather than leaving employees to arrange training individually.
Two options are available:
- ALP Select: Choose at least three courses, with different courses allocated to different employees.
- ALP Unlimited: Give named employees annual access to our full eligible course catalogue.
Pricing: Select is charged per course enrolment and Unlimited per named learner, with enrolments pooled for graduated pricing. Both include an annual managed-service fee.
Courses for your own LMS
For organisations that already have an LMS and prefer to manage training internally.
We supply maintained compliance courses for your LMS. Your team manages enrolments, reminders, learner support and reporting.
Pricing: Annual content licences are based on the selected courses and agreed learner volumes. Customisation is quoted separately.
ELLO Sessions
For frontline and deskless employees who cannot easily complete individual e-learning.
Short awareness videos that can be used during toolbox talks, shift briefings, team meetings and inductions.
Pricing: Annual content licences reflect the videos selected and workforce population. Managed attendance consolidation and reporting can be added where required.
Policy Passport
For organisations that need employees to understand, acknowledge or demonstrate knowledge of important policies, procedures and standards.
Policy Passport lets you distribute documents, deliver short awareness interventions and assess employees through questions, quizzes or scenarios.
It records what employees received, acknowledged and answered, helping you identify knowledge gaps, follow up and maintain evidence of awareness activities.
Pricing: Policy Passport is an annual subscription based on licensed employee capacity. Customisation, assessment design and managed administration or reporting are quoted where required.

Do you offer tiered group rates or enterprise packages?
Yes. Compliance Online offers graduated volume pricing, with lower rates applying as more course enrolments are purchased.
We also provide tailored arrangements for larger organisations, including managed training programmes, multiple compliance courses and workforce-wide awareness initiatives. Pricing depends on learner volumes, content requirements, delivery methods and the level of administration required.
How much does compliance training cost per employee?
We don’t publish a standard per-user fee because volume, delivery and management change the price significantly.
If you know exactly what you need, tell us which courses you’re interested in and how many employees need them. We’ll happily prepare a quotation at no cost.
If you’re unsure, we can help you explore the options. Sometimes a different training format or delivery method can achieve your employee awareness objectives more cost-effectively.
We’re interested in building long-term client relationships, which means recommending what works for your organisation, not simply selling you more training.
How much does Policy Passport cost?
Policy Passport is priced as an annual subscription based on the number of employees covered and your organisation’s requirements.
You can use your own policies, procedures and standards, or license Compliance Online’s awareness content. Additional services, such as customisation, assessment design and managed administration, can be included where needed.
Policy Passport is also useful for short awareness interventions and knowledge checks. Sometimes a targeted intervention with a few assessment questions is more appropriate and cost-effective than a full training course.
What information do you need to prepare a compliance training quotation?
We generally need to know:
- Which compliance subjects you are considering.
- Approximately how many employees need training.
- Whether you have an existing LMS.
- Whether you want Compliance Online to manage delivery.
- Whether your organisation requires customised content.
We can help you identify a suitable training arrangement before preparing your quotation.
What is included in ELLO managed compliance training?
ELLO combines compliance courses with managed delivery. Compliance Online handles agreed enrolments, learner communications, reminders, support, progress tracking and completion reporting.
Pricing separates course enrolment charges from the annual managed-service fee. Customisation is quoted where required.
Can we purchase the SCORM files outright to host on our own platform?
We offer annual SCORM content licences rather than outright ownership of our course files.
You can host and deliver our licensed compliance courses through your own learning management system (LMS), while retaining responsibility for enrolments, learner support and reporting. Course maintenance and updates are included during the agreed licence period.
Can a small business organise compliance training without an LMS?
Yes. Our ELLO Annual Learning Plans (ALP) are designed for smaller professional teams that need several compliance courses coordinated throughout the year.
Compliance Online manages the agreed training through one 12-month arrangement, so your organisation does not need to purchase or administer its own learning management system.
