New course: TCF - Preparing for COFI!

A new Treating Customers Fairly course has been added to the Compliance Online library.

This TCF training is built for financial services organisations preparing for COFI, where demonstrating fair customer outcomes increasingly depends on more than having the right policies and frameworks in place. Under COFI, “paper TCF” – policies, frameworks and training records that demonstrate activity but not clearly enough how fair customer outcomes are supported and evidenced – is no longer enough.

Rather than explaining the TCF framework, this course helps employees recognise the ordinary moments where customer fairness is supported or weakened in practice, and understand how their decisions, behaviours and records contribute to the evidence their organisation relies on to demonstrate fair treatment.

It includes 3 modules, carries 1.5 CPD points, and was developed in partnership with Compli-Serve.

Frameworks don’t treat customers fairly. People do. Evidence helps prove it.

If you’re asking whether your employees recognise TCF moments in everyday work – and how their records and handovers contribute to fair customer outcomes and COFI-proof evidence – this course is built to help you move that answer in the right direction.
